The Advanced PracticeProvider (APP) will provide comprehensive patient care through assessment,diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of urgent and episodic medical conditions.The APP will collaborate with physicians, specialists, nursing staff, and ancillaryteam members to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.Responsibilities include performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures,coordinating referrals and follow-up care, and ensuring high-quality clinicaloutcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acuteillnesses and injuries

Nurse Practitioner Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensurethrough the West Virginia Board of Medicine or West Virginia Board ofOsteopathic Medicine
• Current American Heart Association BLS,ACLS, and ATLS certifications required

Experience Requirements

• Acute Care, Urgent Care, or EmergencyMedicine experience preferred
