Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ is seeking a Clinic Manager for the Urgent Care network. The role oversees day-to-day operations, staffing, and service delivery to ensure quality care and efficient patient flow.

You will develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and lead a team of clinicians and support staff. This exempt, Monday–Friday position offers relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years of management or supervisory experience.
• Two years of medical office or healthcare experience.
• Associates degree in Business and/or Healthcare or 2 years equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day staffing and clinic operations.
• Support development and execution of strategic plans including recruitment, marketing, outreach, research, and financial initiatives.
• Ensure patient satisfaction, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead staff hiring, development, retention, and performance management.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and productivity metrics.
• Collaborate with clinic and service line leaders to optimize integration of care and improve patient experience.
• Standardize operational practices across clinics to improve efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and growth opportunities.
