Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Lead Physician Assistant to guide clinical staff in our Massachusetts urgent care clinics. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, mentor new-grad providers, and improve clinic workflows for efficient patient care.

Must have PA certification, a valid DEA license, BLS, and emergency medicine/urgent care experience. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and continuous learning within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and PA certification required for practice.
• DEA license with no restrictions is required.
• BLS certification per American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine or urgent care preferred.
• Ability to mentor new-grad providers and clinic staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical team and mentor providers and staff.
• Provide patient-centered urgent care with thorough assessments.
• Document care clearly in EMR and maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with teammates for efficient patient dispositions.
