American Family Care is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Fort Collins, CO urgent care centers. You will work with physicians and staff to maintain efficient patient flow, accurate assessments, and high patient satisfaction in a walk‑in clinic.

Applicants must hold an active Colorado PA/NP license with board certification and DEA/state CS as required. The role emphasizes clear communication, autonomy, and team collaboration in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Board-certified PA or NP – ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA preferred; ER/UC experience welcome.
• Active CO PA/NP licensure, DEA number, and state CS certificate as required.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive health histories and develop medical assessments; order labs and imaging as appropriate.
• Formulate medical/nursing diagnoses and coordinate referrals to facilities and resources.
• Institute emergency measures and stabilize in critical situations (cardiac arrest, shock, poisoning, etc.).
• Interpret patient data to guide management and treatment decisions.
• Provide health care guidance and education to patients and families.
• Other duties as assigned.
