UNC Health's UNCHMG Urgent Care team in Raleigh, NC is hiring Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners to join a fast-paced, walk-in clinic network. Positions are full-time, shift-based, onsite at multiple Wake County locations, serving patients 4 months and older with on-site X-ray and point-of-care testing.

The ideal candidate has an accredited PA or NP program, NC licensure (or ability to obtain), strong interpersonal skills, and experience in acute, urgent, or ER settings.

Formación

• Completion of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Work experience in acute care, primary care, urgent care, or emergency room setting preferred.
• Must provide care to patients 4 months of age and older.
• NC licensure or ability to obtain.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Required procedures: Suturing, splinting.
• EPIC - EMR Clinic.

UNCHMG Urgent Care clinics, located in the Triangle of NC, have openings for Urgent Care Physician Assistants (PA) OR Nurse Practitioners (NP) at multiple locations in Wake County, North Carolina. Providers are part of an interdisciplinary team and responsible for treating episodic illnesses and minor injuries. Employed positions with UNCHMG are a shift-based model. Our provider team staffs our 8 UNCHMG Wake County based UNC Urgent Care clinics. We see patients 4 months of age and older. Our team includes RNs, CMAs, Rad Techs, MOAs, Physicians and APPs. We have on-site X-Ray and point of care testing. Our clinics are walk-in based with a reservation and wait time system. We look forward to reviewing your application today!
