Job summary

Hometown Urgent Care is seeking qualified clinicians in Ohio to provide comprehensive urgent care services in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. The clinician will independently assess patients, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and document care thoroughly in electronic medical records.

Applicants must hold PA or NP licensure in Ohio and be able to work autonomously with diverse patient populations while maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio.
• Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Perform procedures appropriate to the services provided at standard of care.
• Order and prescribe appropriate medications.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
