Hometown Urgent Care is a growing retail health provider with multiple locations in Ohio. We seek a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to deliver evidence-based care, diagnose and manage procedures, and document in electronic medical records.

Qualifications

• Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio.

• Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care.
• Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care.
• Orders and prescribes appropriate medications.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintains patient confidentiality.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
