Hometown Urgent Care in Ohio is seeking advanced practice clinicians to deliver individualized, evidence-based care in a fast-paced setting. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, order and prescribe medications, and document everything accurately in electronic medical records.

Applicants must hold an Ohio PA or NP license and be able to work independently while evaluating and managing patients.

Qualifications

• Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio
• Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care
• Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care
• Orders and prescribes appropriate medications
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintains patient confidentiality
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
