Hometown Urgent Care in Ohio is seeking licensed PAs or NPs to join our growing team. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Requires PA or NP licensure in Ohio.
• Ability to work independently evaluating and managing patients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care
• Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care
• Orders and prescribes appropriate medications
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintains patient confidentiality
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
