Job summary

Hometown Urgent Care in Ohio is seeking an advanced practice clinician (PA or NP) to deliver evidenced-based care in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide procedures in line with the standard of care.

Responsibilities include ordering and prescribing medications, maintaining patient confidentiality, and accurately documenting in the electronic medical record.

Qualifications

• Active PA or NP licensure in Ohio.
• Ability to work independently evaluating and managing patients.
• Fast-paced clinical environment experience preferred.
