Hometown Urgent Care is seeking a PA or NP licensed in Ohio to deliver evidence-based care, perform procedures, and manage treatment plans in a fast-paced setting. You will order and prescribe medications, assess patients, and maintain confidentiality within our EMR system.

Qualifications

• Required PA or NP licensure in Ohio
• Ability to work independently evaluating and managing patients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care
• Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care
• Orders and prescribes appropriate medications
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintains patient confidentiality
• Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records
