Qualifications

• 1 year ER/UC experience preferred.
• DEA number and state-controlled substance certificate as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete and accurate health histories and assessments.
• Formulate medical diagnoses and referrals to appropriate care facilities.
• Institute emergency measures and stabilization in critical situations.
• Interpret patient data for management and treatment decisions.
• Provide health care instructions and guidance to patients and families.

Skills

Excellent communicator with staff, patients, and family

Professional appearance and attitude

ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified

Ability to multi-task and work independently

Education

Active and current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure
