Job summary

Integrity Urgent Care, Stephenville, TX, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing urgent care team. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions, order tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures with an emphasis on efficient, patient-centered care.

We offer 12-hour shifts, seven shifts every two weeks, flexible scheduling, CME allowance, health/dental/vision insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred for NP candidates.
• Active Texas license or the ability to obtain one.
• DEA registration or the ability to obtain one.
• Current BLS certification.
• DOT medical examiner certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification will also be considered.
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred, but motivated candidates with applicable clinical experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
• Perform procedures, including laceration repair and splinting
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• 7 shifts per 14-day period
• Flexible scheduling options available

Compensation

• $65–$80 per hour
• Overtime opportunities may be available
• Productivity incentives and performance bonus opportunities
