Job summary

Integrity Urgent Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Texas-based urgent care team. This role offers 12-hour shifts, seven shifts in a 14-day period, and flexible scheduling options. Compensation ranges from $65–$80 per hour, with potential overtime and productivity bonuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Texas license to practice is required or the ability to obtain one.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain one.
• Current BLS certification. DOT certification preferred; considered.
• Urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred.
• Family NP certification preferred for NP candidates.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.
• Prescribe medications and treatments.
• Perform procedures (e.g., laceration repair, splinting).
• Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts

Compensation

• $65–$80 per hour

• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred for NP candidates
• Active Texas license or the ability to obtain one
• DEA registration or the ability to obtain one
• Current BLS certification
• DOT medical examiner certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification will also be considered
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred, but motivated candidates with applicable clinical experience will also be considered
