Job summary

Integrity Urgent Care is expanding in the Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas region. This NP/PA role in an urgent care setting offers 12-hour shifts and 7 shifts per 14 days with scheduling flexibility.

The compensation is $65–$80 per hour, with overtime opportunities, productivity incentives, and potential relocation assistance or signing bonus depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred for NP candidates.
• Active Texas license or the ability to obtain one.
• DEA registration or the ability to obtain one.
• Current BLS certification.
• DOT medical examiner certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification will also be considered.
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred, but motivated candidates with applicable clinical experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.
• Perform procedures, including laceration repair and splinting.
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
