Job summary

Integrity Care Group is unifying under one brand, with Xpress Wellness Urgent Care clinics transitioning to the Integrity Urgent Care name. This is a full-time clinical physician assistant/nurse practitioner opportunity in a growing urgent care network across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas.

Compensation is competitive, $67–$80 per hour, with 12-hour shifts, and paths for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Applicants should hold an NP/PA license with prescriptive authority and be comfortable

Qualifications

• Current or eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform common urgent care procedures.
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing.
• Provide an initial interpretation of X-rays, with radiologist over-read for confirmation.
• Treat patients across the lifespan.
• Provide occupational medicine services when needed.
• Determine when patients require a higher level of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Deliver an excellent patient experience.

Beginning September 1, 2026, Xpress Wellness clinics in Oklahoma and Kansas will transition to the Integrity Urgent Care name, joining the existing Integrity Urgent Care locations in Texas.

Compensation

$67–$80 per hour, depending on experience, market, and position.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Full-time providers typically work 7 shifts every 14 days
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities may be available
• Additional flexibility may be available depending on location
