Job summary

Integrity Urgent Care in Huntsville, Texas, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a unified team. Expect 12-hour shifts, 7 shifts per 14 days, and flexible scheduling with competitive hourly pay of $65–$80 plus bonuses.

The role requires current NP/PA credentials, Texas licensure, and DEA; BLS and DOT certification are preferred. Experience in urgent care or related fields is valued, with relocation/signing incentives possible based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Texas license active or ability to obtain one.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain one.
• Current BLS certification.
• DOT medical examiner certification preferred; willingness to obtain it considered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.
• Perform procedures, including laceration repair and splinting.
• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts

Compensation

• $65–$80 per hour

• Active Texas license or the ability to obtain one
• DEA registration or the ability to obtain one
• Current BLS certification
• DOT medical examiner certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification will also be considered
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred, but motivated candidates with applicable clinical experience will also be considered
