Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality urgent care across OSF OnCall clinics. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses for patients of all ages, while maintaining a consistent, patient-centered experience.

This role requires a Master’s degree, a valid Illinois PA or APN license, and BLS. You may work across multiple locations, collaborating with physicians and nurses to ensure safe, evidence-based care and smooth patient

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Current and valid Illinois PA or APN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in urgent care preferred but new graduates eligible.
• Flexibility to work at multiple clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care to patients with urgent and non-emergent conditions.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of illnesses and injuries in patients of all ages.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as indicated.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely medical records for all encounters.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
