Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality urgent care across OSF OnCall clinics. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses in patients of all ages, ensuring a consistent, patient-centered experience across locations.

The role requires travel to any clinic within the OCUC platform; mileage is reimbursed. OSF offers a comprehensive total rewards package including PTO, CME support, health and retirement plans, and relocation

Qualifications

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to ages served.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care to urgent and non-emergent patients.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of illnesses and injuries in patients of all ages.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as indicated.
Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely medical records.
Ensure the consistency, quality, and safety of all clinical services.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members.
Educate patients and families regarding medical conditions and treatment plans.
Deliver a patient-centric experience aligned with OSF HealthCare’s Mission and Values.
Travel to any clinic within the OCUC platform; mileage and travel time are reimbursed.
