OSF HealthCare seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse to deliver high quality patient care across OSF OnCall Urgent Care locations. You will maintain accurate medical records, support cost-effective operations, and ensure a patient-centered experience while floating to different facilities as required.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, clinical excellence, and the ability to adapt to a multi-site environment to meet community needs.

Formación

• Master’s degree required.
• IL Advanced Practice Nurse license.
• IL RN License.
• BLS.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Ability to provide patient care appropriate to the ages served.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Advanced Practice Nurse will be responsible for: providing high quality patient care to the patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care. Maintaining the consistency and quality of all services provided. Maintaining full and current patient medical records, including reports of all examinations, procedures, and other services performed by the provider or other support staff. Exercising diligence in assisting the OSF CEO in keeping costs of the practice to a minimum while maintaining a high level of quality care for patients. Providing a truly personalized, patient-centric experience to all patients of OSF OnCall Urgent Care. This position requires floating to various facilities.

• Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $60.39-73.68
  • Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Master’s degree Licensure/ Certification: IL Advanced Prac Nurse, IL Registered Nurse License, BLS Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Experience as an APN
