Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for its OnCall Urgent Care centers in Illinois. The role requires neonatal NP certification for NPs and a valid Illinois license to practice.

You will deliver high-quality patient care, maintain comprehensive medical records, and may float between clinics. Shifts are 12 hours, totaling 36 per week, with strong focus on cost-conscious, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed to provide advanced practice nursing services in Illinois or physician assistant services.
• Nurse Practitioners must hold a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Licensed to prescribe narcotics (DEA) where applicable.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Eligible to participate in Medicare/Medicaid and other federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care at OSF OnCall Urgent Care.
• Maintain accuracy and currency of patient records and reports.
• Possibly float between clinics; 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week).
• Assist OSF leadership in cost-conscious, quality care delivery.
