OSF HealthCare seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse to deliver high quality patient care across OSF OnCall Urgent Care locations. You will maintain accurate medical records, support cost-effective operations, and ensure a patient-centered experience while floating to different facilities as required.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, clinical excellence, and the ability to adapt to a multi-site environment to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• IL Advanced Practice Nurse license.
• IL RN License.
• BLS.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Ability to provide patient care appropriate to the ages served.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality patient care to OSF OnCall Urgent Care patients.
• Maintain full and current patient medical records and reports of examinations and procedures.
• Assist OSF CEO in keeping costs of the practice to a minimum while maintaining high quality care.
• Provide a personalized, patient-centric experience to all patients.
• Floating to various facilities as needed.
