OSF HealthCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver high-quality urgent care across multiple OSF OnCall clinics in Illinois. The APP conducts assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients of all ages, and collaborates with physicians and nursing staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include documenting medical records, ordering tests, and educating patients on conditions and preventive care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Licensure as IL Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to provide patient care across ages.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care to urgent and non-emergent patients.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of illnesses and injuries across all ages.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications as indicated.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate medical records for all encounters.
• Ensure quality and safety of all clinical services within OSF OnCall Urgent Care.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and prevention.
• Deliver patient-centered care aligned with OSF HealthCare’s Mission and Values.
• Float to multiple OSF OnCall Urgent Care locations as needed.
