Urban Outfitters is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated Associate, eCommerce & Web Production to manage product catalog and visual merchandising for UrbanOutfitters.com. Responsibilities include site catalog management, product activation, quality assurance, product attribution, and creating web categories aligned with merchandising strategies.

The ideal candidate is dynamic, flexible, and driven, capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure. Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills, along with keen attention to detail, are essential.

Role Responsibilities
  • Maintain and activate the product catalog and content on US and Canadian websites, including audits and lifecycle management
  • Ensure a clear digital customer experience through managing PDP information, cross-selling, categories, and search functionalities
  • Optimize product findability and SEO
  • Utilize web applications such as catalog management, content management, merchandising, and inventory systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to QA site and app functionalities
  • Implement tactics to improve conversion rates based on data and trends
  • Work with Buying, Operations, Photo Studio, Copy, and Merchandising teams for accurate product and category delivery
  • Execute weekly markdowns and promotions
  • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Monitor website content and functionality continuously
  • Manage web projects supporting site functionality and marketing
Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
