Job summary

Huitt-Zollars, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager - Federal to lead multi-discipline design-build projects in the Fort Worth, TX office. Requires licensed Civil Engineer with at least 10 years in PM for federal/institutional work.

The role includes client liaison, scheduling, proposal development, and staff management, with emphasis on delivering high-quality, on-time results for federal clients.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional engineer or architect in Texas or able to obtain
• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering and/or architecture project management experience
• Experience with design-build/alternative delivery for federal or public sector programs
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and lead diverse teams
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact with clients and senior leadership
• Knowledge of DoD criteria/systems and federal procurement processes

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline design teams on federal/public works projects
• Direct client engagement and manage project staff and schedules
• Prepare project work plans, proposals, and cost estimates
• Coordinate marketing and pursuit of future work and relationships with clients
• Provide quality assurance through review of deliverables and staff oversight
• Support business development and SF330 preparation as needed
