Qualifications

• Registered Architect with licensure.
• 3–5 years of related architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, 3D modeling and visualization.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards and structures.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle through post-occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver design solutions.
• Coordinate documentation with structural, MEP, lighting, and other consultants.
• Lead production of drawings, specs and construction administration tasks.
• Ensure design intent and high technical quality in deliverables.
• Interface with clients, vendors and contractors throughout the project.
• Support budgeting and client relationship activities.
