Gensler, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Senior Architect to lead project teams from concept through construction and to drive design excellence across high-profile projects. You will mentor colleagues, manage client relationships, and coordinate with consultants to ensure deliverables meet design intent and code requirements.

The role requires a Registered Architect with a Bachelor’s in Architecture and 10+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• 10+ years of related experience on design-driven projects.
• Expert working knowledge of Revit, 3D modeling, visualization and graphic software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architects and designers from concept through build.
• Direct production of drawings, specifications and construction administration tasks.
• Maintain project quality, design intent and technical standards.
• Oversee documentation and coordination with consultants, vendors and authorities.
• Mentor team members and manage client expectations and communication.
• Contribute to proposals, contracts and overall project delivery.
