Job summary

Uranium Energy Corp in Casper, Wyoming seeks an Operations Technician to support the Irigaray Central Processing Plant. You will recover uranium from resins, perform calcining and packaging, and collect process samples for analysis.

Job duties include monitoring plant alarms, documenting daily activities, and potentially transporting resin between sites. Training is provided and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of basic construction/maintenance and PVC plumbing skills.
• Valid driver’s license; Class A CDL preferred.
• Ability to work safely independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support the Irigaray Central Processing Plant (CPP) to recover uranium from resins, calcine, and package product.
• Collect samples from process circuits for laboratory analysis and perform basic analytical tasks.
• Monitor process alarms and plant operational metrics from the control computer.
• Maintain accurate daily processing records and documentation.
• Transport ion exchange resin between Christensen Ranch site and CPP as needed.
