Job summary

Intrepid Potash is seeking a Carnallite Operator to monitor and operate plant equipment, ensuring safe and efficient production in Wendover, Utah. The role involves control room monitoring, inspections, preventative maintenance, and timely reporting of issues.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work rotating 8–12 hour shifts outdoors. Prior general labor/industrial plant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 1 year of general labor/industrial plant experience preferred.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts (8–12 hours) outdoors in industrial conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyors, pumps, screens and related plant systems.
• Operate forklifts, front-end loaders and other equipment.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Monitor and adjust plant production from the control room.
• Identify and report safety hazards and operational issues.
• Complete shift reports and other duties.
