Job summary

Strata Energy, Inc. is seeking a full-time Operations and Projects supervisor for the uranium ISR central processing plant and wellfields in northeastern Wyoming.

The role manages daily operations on a 12-hour rotating shift and ensures safe, compliant, and efficient production. Responsibilities include supervising crew, coordinating with the plant superintendent, handling regulatory reporting, and maintaining records, with a strong emphasis on safety and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by the company.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively.
• Read, write, and perform basic math including multiplication and division.
• Experience with pulling units and/or water or oil well service activities.
• Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions of equipment.
• Ability to work long hours.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Safety-conscious mindset and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly operational needs with the plant superintendent.
• Supervise and ensure timely submission of regulatory reports.
• Direct the activities of all crew on the assigned shift ensuring safe practices.
• Operate and monitor ISR wellfields and CPP equipment for uranium recovery.
• Collect samples and perform limited laboratory analysis.
• Maintain operations data and write comprehensive handover notes.
