Elgin Community College seeks an individual to support Upward Bound participants by coordinating academic, financial, personal, social, and career assistance. You will advise students on program requirements, standings, and financial aid while ensuring compliance with funding regulations and family support services.

This is a Part-Time Support Staff position at grade 14, with an hourly pay rate of $26.67 to $35.57. The offer will be based on education and experience, in alignment with the College's compensation philosophy and the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), if applicable.

An employee in this classification performs work of moderate difficulty implementing academic programs for Upward Bound participants; coordinating selection and monitoring the participants' academic progress. Work is distinguished by the ability to advise and counsel participants regarding academic requirements, standings and financial aid. General supervision is received from the assigned manager
