Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to assist the Recruitment and Outreach Services area, a unit of the Admissions and Recruitment office, with event promotion, campus tours, greeting students, and answering phone and providing general office support.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. 1. Completed at least one semester of classes (at least 6 semester hours) at ECC
2. 2. Excellent customer service and communication skills
3. 3. Proficient with technology, including typing, MS Office, and basic computer functions

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. 1. Previous customer service experience
2. 2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and technology
3. 3. Familiarity with ECC's campus and the enrollment process, or ability to learn these skills quickly

Essential Duties:
