Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• 2–5 years of TRIO or similar program experience.
• Strong supervision, administration, curriculum design and program planning.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise 5–10 staff and work with federal grants.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of two UB grants for eight counties.
• Identify and recruit first generation low-income students to meet objectives.
• Screen new applicants for eligibility and suitability.
• Assess student needs and implement academic support plans.
• Supervise academic program services and staff activities.
• Plan college tours and educational activities for UB participants.
• Prepare and manage program budgets and expenditures.
• Collect data for program evaluation and reporting.
