Job summary

Organo USA, Inc. is seeking a Material Controller to support the UPW construction team with subcontractor warehouses and onsite material management.

You will receive, inspect, store and hand over piping materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards. Key duties include issue of materials, daily/weekly reporting, and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to maintain availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years warehouse/storekeeping or construction materials experience preferred.
• Willingness to work 10 hours a day, 6 days a week during peak times.
• Overtime may be required and will be compensated per labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect materials, verify quantities and conditions.
• Store materials in designated locations with labeling and traceability.
• Issue materials based on approved requests and release quantities.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and inventory logs.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure material availability.
• Follow HSE requirements and maintain safe storage areas.
• Support timely material deliveries and logistics planning.
