ELH Mgmt. LLC in New York is seeking a Resident Superintendent to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the building, including interior and exterior areas, respond to resident requests, and coordinate with the Property Manager.

The role requires being on-site 24/7, performing repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and safety compliance, and maintaining records and preventive maintenance schedules. Knowledge of safety protocols and incident reporting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary repairs across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, fixtures, appliances and windows.
• Be on-call 24/7 for emergencies (notify supervisor if unavailable).
• Maintain and operate building equipment and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Attend staff and resident meetings as required and respond to maintenance requests.
