Goddard Riverside in Manhattan seeks an experienced Live-In Building Superintendent to oversee maintenance, safety and cleanliness of a 34-unit supportive housing property in New York City.

You will manage day-to-day repairs, ensure mechanical systems and grounds are properly maintained, and respond to maintenance concerns during on-call evenings and weekends. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm with on-call coverage. Hourly range posted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance, safety, cleanliness and physical condition of a 34-unit supportive housing property.
• Coordinate and perform routine repairs and ensure mechanical systems and grounds are properly maintained.
• Respond promptly to maintenance concerns; on-call evenings and weekends as needed.
