Crescent Energy is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support upstream and downstream operations in Texas, ensuring compliance with the Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) and other agencies. The role collaborates across disciplines and owns key permitting processes for Crescent’s South Texas/Eagle Ford asset.

The position requires experience with drilling programs, strong communication, and project management skills, with an emphasis on timely regulatory approvals and risk management.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory, environmental, consulting, compliance, and remediation practices within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven ability to execute regulatory workstreams for active drilling programs.
• Working knowledge of RRC requirements, field rules, and oil and gas operations.
• Strong understanding of the RRC online system and related applications.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Manage production related regulatory activities and internal communications and filing.
• Prepare, submit, and track regulatory and permitting activities for drilling and operations (APDs, GAU, W-2/G-1, etc.).
• Coordinate deadlines with internal teams and external agencies to meet permitting standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes that impact permitting requirements.
• Track new production, completions, and new facilities for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate filing of Critical Infrastructure Designation and Emergency Plans with the RRC (SWR65/66).
• Anticipate regulatory needs and communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Prepare management reports and provide updates in operations meetings.
