Job summary

Crescent Energy in Houston is seeking a Production Reporting Coordinator to own Crescent’s regulatory reporting program, ensuring accurate filings to federal and state agencies and supporting Production Accounting, Operations, Revenue, Measurement, and Regulatory teams.

As Crescent grows through acquisitions, this role will lead production reporting setup for new assets, standardize practices across operating areas, and drive automation and process improvements for efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of upstream production accounting or production regulatory reporting.
• Experience using PetroRegs or comparable regulatory reporting software.
• Knowledge of Texas RRC, Utah, ONRR OGOR, and EIA production reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit Texas Railroad Commission production reports (PR, W-10, G-10, H-10, R-3, P-18, TexNet).
• Prepare and submit Utah Forms 10 and 11; ONRR OGOR and EIA-914 reports.
• Coordinate monthly, annual, and event-driven production reporting obligations; maintain calendars.
• Partner with Production Accounting, IT, and Operations to ensure data flows into PetroRegs; validate configurations after acquisitions.
• Support audits and maintain documentation for regulatory filings.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements across Crescent.
