Crescent Energy in Houston, TX is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support upstream and downstream operations and ensure compliance with the Texas Railroad Commission (RRC) and other agencies. You will collaborate across disciplines to align regulatory requirements with Crescent’s operating plans and drive accurate reporting and permitting processes.

• 5+ years of regulatory, environmental, consulting, compliance, and remediation experience in oil and gas.
• Strong knowledge of RRC requirements, field rules, and operations.
• Experience executing regulatory workstreams for active drilling programs.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, submit, and track regulatory and permitting activities for drilling and operations.
• Manage deadlines and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for approvals.
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting permitting requirements.
• Coordinate filings with the RRC (e.g., SWR65/66) and other agencies.
