Job summary

Philips seeks a Sr Manager, Upstream Marketing for Image Guided Therapy Devices in Plymouth MN or San Diego CA. You will lead global upstream marketing, translating customer and market insights into differentiated solutions that improve care for coronary and peripheral vascular patients.

You will shape platform development, build business cases, define requirements, and partner with Innovation, R&D, clinical, regulatory, and regional marketing to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering or life sciences, or 5+ years with an MBA.
• Translate insights into product strategies, roadmaps, value propositions, claims plans, and financial business cases.
• Experience across hardware, software, AI and clinical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own upstream strategy for core platforms; define segments, unmet needs, value propositions, roadmaps and performance priorities.
• Lead platform development from concept; build business cases; define requirements; partner with R&D, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, finance and regional marketing.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders to test assumptions and strengthen platform differentiation.
