• Perform upstream process development utilizing the Ambr250 system for large molecule products within the API-Proteins group.
• Perform duties in protocol-driven work, such as cell culture, and running Ambr bioreactors.
• Support lab work associated with development and scale-up projects within the API-Proteins area.
• Organize records, capture results into data sheets, and contribute to technical reports in a team or individual setting to meet timelines.
• Assist with general lab upkeep and waste disposal of large-scale cell culture/bioreactors.
• Conduct, analyze and report data in accordance with department requirements.
• Record experimental data and maintain organized lab notebooks.
• Comply with cGMP practices and internal documentation.
