Responsibilities

Perform Upstream process development utilizing the Ambr250 Satorius system.
Perform duties in a protocol-driven work, such as cell culture, and running Ambr bioreactors.
Support lab work associated with development and scale-up projects.
Organize records, capture results into data sheets, and contribute to technical reports.
Assist with lab upkeep and organization efforts, including waste disposal.
Conduct, analyze and report data in accordance with departmental requirements.
Record experimental data and maintain accurate laboratory notebooks.
Comply with cGMP practices.
Analyze and present data in a professional format.
Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication.
Follow appropriate SOPs and internal documentation requirements.

Job Description

Perform Upstream process development utilizing the Ambr250 Satorius system for large molecule based products within the API-Proteins group
Perform duties in a protocol-driven work, such as cell culture, and running Ambr bioreactors
Supporting lab work associated with development and scale-up projects within the API-Proteins area
Responsible for organising records, capturing results into data sheets, and contributing to technical reports in a team environment as well as contributing individually to meet project timeline and objectives
Assist with general lab upkeep and organisation efforts, which includes decontamination and disposal of large-scale cell culture/bioreactor wastes
Conduct, analyse and reporting of data in accordance with requirements set forth by the department
Record experimental data and accurate and highly organised laboratory notebooks
Comply with cGMP practices
Analyse and present data in professional format
Demonstrate clear and professional verbal and written communication.
Follow appropriate SOPs and all internal documentation requirements

We are considering this role for either a Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday 9:00am‑5:00pm shift.
