Responsibilities

Support upstream process development activities involving CHO cell culture, media development, bioreactor operation, and process optimization.
Design shake-flask, small-scale bioreactor, and automated high-throughput bioreactor studies.
Develop correlations between real-time biocapacitance signals and offline viability measurements.
Support dynamic feeding strategies based on real-time cell density data.
Evaluate impact of media and process parameters on titer, viability, productivity, and galactosylation.
Collaborate with scientists and engineers to generate and interpret data for process understanding.
