Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in biology, chemistry or related fields.
Minimum GPA 3.0 across coursework.
Must not have conflicting summer internship commitments during the program dates.
Strong analytical, quantitative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support high-throughput process development and purification activities.
Design, execute and document lab experiments to assess performance and scalability.
Perform chromatography, purification and characterization studies.
Support scale-down models, HTS workflows, and automation technologies.
Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Participate in experimental design and collaborate across teams.
Develop workflows and tools to improve efficiency and knowledge management.
Support digital initiatives involving data analysis and automation.
Maintain lab notebooks and project records per guidelines.
Present project updates to cross-functional stakeholders.
