Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Co‑Op for the TDS Proteins API DSP HTPD team in Malvern, PA or Spring House, PA. The six‑month, full‑time, on-site program starts January 2027 and runs through June 2027.

You will support high-throughput process development, protein purification, chromatography, and automation, gaining hands-on experience across process development, digital initiatives, and data analysis.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemical, Biochemical, Biological, Biomedical, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Data Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• GPA 3.0 or higher across all college coursework.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• No conflicting summer internship or employment dates that interfere with the program dates.

Responsabilidades

• Support high-throughput process development, protein purification, chromatography, filtration, and bioconjugation activities.
• Design, execute, and document lab experiments to evaluate process performance and scalability.
• Perform chromatography, resin screening, protein characterization, conjugation, and purification studies.
• Assist in development and evaluation of scale-down models, high-throughput workflows, and automation technologies.
• Analyze data using statistical methods to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Present project updates and findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners across scientific, engineering, manufacturing, and digital teams.
