Job summary
Repligen is seeking a Field Applications Scientist to support our upstream product portfolio within the bioprocessing industry. You will leverage expertise in cell culture process development, perfusion, filtration, and manufacturing to partner with customers and our commercial team, providing technical support across pre- and post-sales activities.
In this customer-facing role you will serve as a trusted technical resource, helping customers evaluate, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or engineering field.
- 5+ years in a cell culture discipline within bioprocessing.
- Experience with perfusion, ATF/TFF, scale-up, technology transfer and cGMP.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for XCell ATF, Spectrum Hollow Fiber, TFDF, and KrosFlo lines.
- Deliver technical seminars, on-site/in-lab demonstrations, and incident troubleshooting.
- Analyze processes and data to identify optimization opportunities and performance gains.
- Draft protocols, reports, and application summaries from customer interactions.
- Collaborate with customers, Sales, Product Management, R&D and Marketing to improve solutions.
