This role will lead the upstream filtration products including ATF and TFDF systems used for bioprocessing applications. Systems will be semi‑automatic and fully automatic functionalities including ATF and TFDF controllers/hardware/software and the associated accessories. This role will be responsible for driving and ensuring the long‑term success of the upstream hardware business, including understanding market needs, competition, and driving design efforts that meet and exceed customer needs. It is a hands‑on position focused on developing and implementing product strategies to accelerate growth and profitability. Working externally with sales, this position will drive technology adoption and support the expansion of the product range. The individual will lead cross‑functional teams with marketing, sales, manufacturing, operations, support, applications, and product development. Key metrics include revenue growth, new application penetration, profitability, and new product releases.

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $124,600–150,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
