Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
• Prior laboratory experience preferred, industry setting preferred.
• Mammalian cell culture experience with aseptic technique.
• Knowledge of antibody discovery processes and hybridoma workflows is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot scientific processes and communicate clearly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hybridoma generation, culture, scale-up, cryopreservation, and antibody production.
• Mammalian cell culture.
• Transient transfections in mammalian cells to support recombinant expression.
• Media and buffer preparation.
• Management of antibody discovery project timelines and deliverables.
• Cross-functional coordination with project managers.
• Troubleshooting and continuous process improvement.
