Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• Prior lab experience preferred, especially in industry settings.
• Mammalian cell culture experience with aseptic technique.
• Knowledge of antibody discovery processes, with a preference for hybridoma workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot scientific processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Hybridoma generation, culture, scale-up, cryopreservation, and antibody production.
