Qualifications

• PhD in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or closely related field.
• 5+ years of protein sciences experience.
• 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop antibody production workflows (single-chain, IgG, multispecific).
• Improve end-to-end antibody development workflow including design, cell line development, culture, purification, analytics.
• Build and manage a team of scientists and RAs.
• Independently design and execute experiments and analyze data.
• Prioritize tasks to align with company goals and timelines.
• Document and communicate results clearly.
